Philadelphia 76ers – Ersan Ilyasova

While most of the Sixers trade rumors have involved bigs such as Nerlens Noel and Jahlil Okafor who wouldn’t really be a fit for the Jazz, reports have indicated that Philly is pretty much willing to move anyone outside of Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons so long as the deal makes sense.

With that being the case, perhaps the best fit for Utah would be Ersan Ilyasova who could fill in as a stretch-four off the bench. Unfortunately, I don’t think he’s that much of an upgrade over Diaw or Lyles, but his shooting numbers are slightly better at 44 percent from the field and 35.9 percent from deep.

Ilyasova is having a nice year at 14.8 points per game though his numbers may be a bit misleading given that he’s enjoying an expanded role on a subpar Sixers team.

In all honesty, the available player that would probably excite me the most would be Robert Covington, but given that he’d most likely be buried beneath Gordon Hayward and Joe Johnson, acquiring him probably doesn’t make all that much sense.

Honorable Mention – Robert Covington
