New York Knicks – Courtney Lee

The Knicks are another one of those teams that quite honestly does not have a lot to offer in terms of players they would realistically trade. Sure, Carmelo Anthony has been mentioned in several trade rumors, but I don’t like that fit and don’t think the Jazz have the right pieces to offer in return anyway.

Though I don’t necessarily believe it’s in the cards for the Knicks, the main guy on their roster that I could most see potentially fitting with the Jazz would be Courtney Lee. Lee has solidified himself as one of the best three-point shooters in the league as he’s converting at a 41.8 percent clip this season.

He’s also a good two-way guard that could potentially be more reliable than Alec Burks and Rodney Hood. Though he’s not necessarily quite as good of a scorer as those two, he’s solid in enough other areas to perhaps add a bit of an edge. He also has playoff experience with four different teams which could prove crucial for the Jazz in the postseason.

After Lee, the only player that stands out somewhat is Kyle O’Quinn who could perhaps be a worthy backup power forward candidate for the Jazz. Nevertheless, for the most part I would be just fine with the Jazz avoiding doing any business with the New York Knicks at this year’s trade deadline.

Honorable Mention – Kyle O’Quinn
