Oklahoma City Thunder – Jerami Grant

It’s clear that the Oklahoma City Thunder need to add some help alongside Russell Westbrook, especially in the form of shooters, but that’s a hard task when they don’t necessarily have a ton to offer. It’s not likely that they move Victor Oladipo, Enes Kanter or Steven Adams and beyond those guys none of their other role players are overly desirable.

However, one guy who’s been a nice spark plug for them has been Jerami Grant. He’s only averaging 6.1 points per game but it’s possible that the Jazz could make use of his highly efficient 39.1 percent three-point shooting.

Position-wise he’s not necessarily the greatest fit as the Jazz are pretty strong at small forward, but he could potentially find his groove in the right situations. He would also bring some much-needed energy to Utah’s bench.

At one point I would have considered Andre Roberson a hot target for the Jazz, but his shooting has dropped off so much that I wouldn’t quite say that is the case anymore. However, given that OKC’s potential trade options aren’t all that appealing, I suppose that Roberson and his defensive prowess are about the second best option Utah could hope for.

Honorable Mention – Andre Roberson
