These five aspects of the Utah Jazz’s preseason performances will be crucial to keep an eye on as their regular season gets underway on Wednesday night.

The Utah Jazz went a perfect 5-0 in preseason for the second straight year. But that doesn’t exactly mean that every aspect of their performances was perfect. While there was certainly a lot of good – there had to be to win every game – there were also plenty of ugly moments.

With Utah set to get the regular season underway on Wednesday night against the Sacramento Kings, we’ll take a final look at some of the most important takeaways from preseason. Fellow J-Notes contributor Hayden Van de Maat did a great job of providing his insight on this very matter yesterday, but for this piece, John Keeffer and myself will also weigh in.

We’ve keyed in on five quick thoughts and impressions from preseason that will be interesting to monitor as the Jazz kick off regular season action and throughout the 2018-19 campaign. Without further ado, here’s a look at the aspects of preseason that stuck out the most to us, for better or for worse.
