. . Utah Jazz. 22. team. 118. “The Utah Jazz have lost four of their last five games, with the lone win coming against Brooklyn. To make matters worse, Rudy Gobert is out for the next 4-to-6 weeks with a knee bone bruise thanks to an irresponsible play (and that’s being generous) from Dion Waiters.
The next few weeks could be critical for the Jazz to keep their playoff hopes alive. Here’s hoping switching Donovan Mitchell into the starting lineup over Rodney Hood leans more towards the results of the second game (45 combined points on 17-of-34 shooting in a win), rather than the first (31 points on 10-of-33 shooting in a loss).”

West Ranking: 11th

So far Quin’s decision to roll with Donovan Mitchell in the starting lineup with Rodney Hood coming off the bench seems to be working. Despite the shooting success they had against Brooklyn, I would like to see more lineups that include BOTH Mitchell and hood alongside Ricky Rubio. I think Rubio’s game is far better suited to play alongside shooters. Favor’s mid-range ability may also help open things up for Rubio on the offensive end.
