Center: Mark Eaton
Although Mark Eaton is the only player among this five not enshrined at the Basketball Hall of Fame, I say one could legitimately argue that he should be there. Big Mark is a former All-Star, Defensive Player of the Year and arguably the greatest shot-blocker the Association has ever seen.
The ultra-long, seven-foot-four center averaged more blocks per contest than any player in NBA history at 3.5 per game. The Stifle Tower may not even reach that mark.
Oh, and about that playoff streak that AD tipped off — Eaton deserves equal credit on that one. His arrival in Utah changed the team.
Honorable mention: Rudy Gobert, Mehmet Okur
