Former Utah Jazzman CJ Miles To Get Hitched

Former Utah Jazzman C.J. Miles is hitching his wagon to a wonderful gal, Miss Lauren S. Smith, of Dallas, Texas. CJ, born Calvin Miles Jr., and Miss Lauren previously dated when Miles was a Jazzman in Utah and recently reignited their relationship.

After playing his first seven years in Utah — one of nine NBA players to be the last to be drafted in 2005 out of high school, from Skyline, Dallas, Texas, before NBA rules changes — Miles spent seven years in Utah before moving on to the Cleveland Cavaliers as a free agent for two years.

CJ Miles is currently with the Indiana Pacers, a key wing player piece in the absence of injured Paul George.

Miles and Smith have been spending the NBA’s All-Star break in Cancun, Mexico, where CJ popped the big question to Miss Smith, who said yes.

CJ Miles averaged 8.4 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game for the Utah Jazz. He’s averaging 12.4 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.2 assists for the Pacers, and has started 14 games in the 2014-15 season for Indiana in George’s absence.
