5. Gordon Hayward to Jeremy Evans alley oop in overtime 

Going right back to the game against Chicago. The game ended up heading into overtime. With 1:30 left to go in overtime, the Jazz found themselves up by 5 and looking for an opportunity to seal the win. With Hayward with the ball out high on the left wing, Jeremy came out to set the high screen. When Carlos Boozer decided to go opposite of the screen and leave Jeremy alone, Jeremy rolled to the basket wide open. Hayward seen him and threw the ball toward the rim. Evans threw down the alley oop with nobody around him and the Jazz were up 7 and went on to beat the Bulls in overtime!
