6. What is your prediction for the Eastern Conference Finals?

Haslam –  Eastern Conference Finals: Nets vs Pacers

L. McDermott – In the last question, I have Brooklyn, Miami and Chicago in the top 3 seeds. I went with this because their are so many uncertainties with Derrick Rose. Right now I’ll stick with my list and say Brooklyn – Miami in the conference finals. If Derrick Rose is fully healed it will be Brooklyn – Chicago. As for now, Chicago will stay as my dark horse. Like I said with the Thunder in the West, I get the feeling this could be the last hurrah for the Heat. I think there’s a strong chance LeBron goes to Cleveland in free agency and that Dwayne Wade retires. Chris Bosh will opt in because he knows he won’t make this kind of money anywhere else. I think the Nets take care of business and the Heat’s 3 peat plans go down in flames.

R. McDermott – Bulls vs Heat

Newman – Heat vs Bulls.  Heat in 5

Anderson – Heat vs. Knicks

Powers – I feel like the Heat will be there and I see it being a toss up between the Pacers, Nets, and Bulls. I’ll give the edge to Chicago.
