There has been rumors that this pick is for sale. Denver might be wanting to save money and try to keep free agent Andre Iguodala from going somewhere else.
If they do keep the pick, I can see a very real possibility that they take Hardaway. He can shoot the ball and is a good defender. There backup shooting guard this past season, Corey Brewer, is a free agent and might not be back. If he is gone, Hardaway can come in as a backup and be productive.
Hardaway is also someone who could go up around the 21st pick. Jazz could also be looking at him as a possibility.
