What picks do the Utah Jazz have in the 2024 NBA Draft?

The Utah Jazz now know what to expect come the 2024 NBA Draft. This summer's draft will take place on June 26 and 27, giving the team ample opportunity to prep and plan for the next phase of their rebuild. The team will have three draft picks and up until Sunday, May 12, 2024, we weren't sure where, or if they'd have all of their picks.

Their best pick was the one they owned, but there was a condition on it that said if it fell out of the Top 10 of the draft lottery, it would go to the Oklahoma City Thunder as part of a trade from several years ago. The Jazz nearly lost it and ended up getting the 10th pick in the draft, two spots lower than many expected them to pick at.

While the pick is further down the draft than originally expected the Jazz can still get a good player with the 10 overall pick. Not only that, but the Jazz have two other picks that we now know for sure where they'll be as well. The Jazz have a second first-round pick, but a later one in the 29th pick. It's not normally a place where a lot of great players come from, so it being a "first-round pick" doesn't have the same hype as if the Jazz had another Top 10 pick.

Beyond that, the Utah Jazz have the 32nd pick in the draft, which will technically be the second pick of the second round, during the second day of the draft. Like the pick just a few spots before it, it's not a great spot to pick if you're hoping for a game-changer. That said, Jalen Brunson of the New York Knicks was the 33rd pick in the 2018 NBA Draft, so sometimes you can find a guy worth having that late.
