3 Reasons a Walker Kessler bounce back year is good for the Jazz, probably

This offseason has been a bit of a ride for Walker Kessler, from a poor summer league showing to trade rumors. A bounce-back year could be a good thing for the Jazz, and their future. It just can't be too good.

Another good sign of Danny Ainge's rebuild

If Kessler looks improved this season, it will be a further testament to Danny Ainge's talent evaluation. The Jazz have been in rebuild mode since Ainge's hiring, and seeing a late draft pick like Kessler take the next step would be a huge relief to fans waiting for the Jazz to do the same as a team.

Even if Kessler is traded, it means that Ainge found another talented youngster to add to his already impressive list (even if he technically didn't draft Kessler originally). At the very least, the fans' faith in Ainge will continue to be renewed.
