Rudy Gobert, Mike Conley, Nickeil Alexander-Walker - Minnesota Timberwolves

Arguably the best (and only) starting duo in the playoffs, Gobert and Conley are joined by fellow former Jazz member Nickeil Alexander Walker on the Timberwolves, one of the best teams in the Western Conference.

Gobert has anchored the best defense in the league all season long and is favored to take home a record-tying 4th Defensive Player of the Year trophy for his efforts. He looks a lot more comfortable in Minnesota this season and has blocked out the noise that followed him last season.

Conley has been the floor general to keep things in line and can be counted on to make a key layup, 3-pointer, or whip passes all over the court and keep stars Anthony Edwards and Karl Anthony-Towns well-fed in the offense.

Alexander-Walker has been perhaps the biggest regret for Jazz fans, as he broke out once he reached Minnesota. His 3-point shooting, perimeter defense, and solid play off of the Wolves' stars is something this Jazz team could sorely use paired around Lauri Markkanen and Collin Sexton.

The Wolves rely on Edwards and Towns for scoring, but they wouldn't be here at the top of the West without the 3 former Jazzmen playing significant roles. Minnesota has their best chance at reaching a Conference Finals, maybe more with these guys playing their best in 2023-24.

Well, that's the group. A lot of good talent that combined would make quite a Jazz team. With some luck, one or more might go home with a championship ring this summer.
