#1 SF/PF Lauri Markkanen

Whether it's inside or out, Lauri Markkanen has shown his scoring skillset since arriving in Salt Lake City. Lauri Markkanen was third among all-regular players with a 63.1% true shooting percentage. A number that was bolstered by his overall shooting percentage of 48% from the floor. He was a sharpshooter from three-point range, hitting 39.9%, the second-highest average of his career from deep.

He wasn't just effective at scoring, but he was downright unstoppable, taking 16.2 attempts per game (team-high) and scoring 23.2 points per night. A highly effective ratio. He not only scored well, but he rebounded just as well. Despite dealing with the likes of Walker Kessler And John Collins every game, fighting for their own share of rebounds, Markkanen still pulled down 8.2 rebounds per night.

It translated to his advanced stats as well, where he put up an OBPM of 5.1, the best on the team of any regular players. His DPBM wasn't good, just a -1.5, but a better team around him will see it good up undoubtedly, as he wasn't a bad defender. Still, despite his low DBPM, he had a BPM total of +3.6, the highest of the team of all regular players. It also translated his VOPR, where he had a +2.6; the second-highest of his career.
