The biggest domino in free agency has fallen. LeBron James has chosen the Philadelphia 76ers, which is better all-around news for the Utah Jazz than you think. With LeBron choosing the Sixers, it likely means Love is going there too, as offseason rumors surrounding Love have noted that wherever James goes, Love will follow.
LeBron and Love have a strong connection dating back to their days with the Cleveland Cavaliers that remains strong to this day. The Lebron-Love reunion rumors date back when intel suggested that should James have re-signed with the Lakers, Love was going to join him there.
Of course, LeBron did not re-sign with the Lakers, seemingly putting the kibosh on that. However, before James made his decision, NBA Insider Jake Fischer revealed that he wouldn't be surprised if Love was a "plus-one" for any team that added James, meaning this is till very much in play.
Putting the two and two together, it feels like Love joining the Sixers will be the horizon in due time. It makes sense if Love wants to play with LeBron one last time before they both hang it up. It's also possible Love returns to Utah, but given that we haven't heard much on that front in quite some time, and that the Jazz have a full roster, it feels less and less likely.
Love was well-liked in Utah, but it's not like his departure will break a lot of hearts. Besides, the heart knows what the heart wants, and all rumors indicate Love's wants to be with LeBron again.
LeBron's former teammates already plan to reunite with him in Philly
A common theme wherever LeBron goes is that his former teammates join him. That's been a thing from when he first joined Miami in 2010 when Zydrunas Ilgauskas also decided to play with him there. That only continued in Cleveland and Los Angeles, and it's already starting in Philadelphia.
Bleacher Report's Chris Haynes reported that Kentavious Caldwell-Pope plans to re-join James on the Sixers if and when his buyout with Memphis gets finalized.

Those two played together on the Lakers from 2018 to 2021 before the infamous Russell Westbrook trade. For that reason, it should fuel more speculation that Love will do the same. KCP is a better plyer than Love is at this point, but James has that kind of influence that teams will bring in whoever he wants them to bring in if he pushes for it.
There hasn't been any news on Love since James made "The Decision" part four, but expect that to change in the coming days or weeks. The Sixers also have to make some moves to pull this off, but that shouldn't be too hard after James signed with them for chump change.
