Kevin Love fires hilarious shot at Bobby Marks after questioning Jazz's integrity

This got a laugh from a good chunk of his Jazz teammates.

Kevin Love hasn't exactly been a revelation for the Utah Jazz on the court, but his acceptance of his role on the Jazz has been a nice change of pace. That's only continued despite all the losing, as Love fired a shot at ESPN's Bobby Marks for questioning the Jazz's integrity for their tanking.

A few days ago, Marks went on the record shaming the Jazz for how they've approached this season, believing it's messing with the NBA.

Well, Love acknowledged what Marks had to say when he shared a photo of himself on his personal Instagram dunking during the Jazz's latest game against the Kings, singling out that even if it didn't count, Love wrote that, "Still have my integrity though!!"

Love was never exactly renowned for his dunking ability, even when he was in his prime, but it's fair to say that he dunked on Marks for this. He clearly thinks the narrative surrounding the Jazz is stupid because even if they are tanking, they're not doing anything that no team has done before.

Adding to this, the Jazz won this game pretty easily against one of the few teams that have been unequivocally worse than them this season: the Kings. Sacramento has been tanking primarily because they've been hurt, but the season is too far along for them to change course now.

It gets even better

As if Love's joke wasn't funny enough, his teammates got a real kick out of the shot he fired at Marks. If you take a look at the comment, Lauri Markkanen, Ace Bailey, and Jusuf Nurkic all laughed at his Instagram post. Even the Jazz's official Instagram account responded, writing, "Love is in the air."

It's clear that all the criticism that they are getting for how they are approaching their tank isn't getting to them. If anything, they are rubbing it in everyone's faces and gleefully taking joy in it. It's basically Love and co. saying, "Yeah, we're tanking. What are you gonna do about it?"

Even with all of Utah's losses, it's uplifting to see the team remain unified no matter what. The league can punish them all it wants, and it's not going to stop them from doing what they're doing, nor will the team stop enjoying themselves while they do it.

They know that the tank is coming to an end, and that better times are coming as soon as October. Watching the Jazz likely lose the majority of their games from here on out will be painful, but it will only fuel the excitement surrounding next season.
