The Utah Jazz were a staple atop the Western Conference standings for the five years leading up to this past season. They had greater regular-season success than most other teams in the league, making for an entertaining on-court product.
The two-man tandem of Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert proved very successful, but the Jazz blew things up last offseason. Both of those players were traded, and Utah hit the reset button.
Mitchell got sent to the Cleveland Cavaliers, Gobert got sent to the Minnesota Timberwolves, and, heading into the year, the Jazz were projected to be one of the worst teams in the NBA.
And while they still failed to qualify for the Play-In Tournament, they were one of the most shocking teams in the league, as they were able to compete at a high level all year long.

By the time the season ended, they were in the mix for the Play-In, Lauri Markkanen had been named to his first All-Star team, and Walker Kessler emerged as a rising star.
With the amount of success the Jazz have produced, the organization has been apart of very entertaining games. Whether it was a closely contested win, a blowout victory, or a monster individual performance that made things fun, Utah became a great watch throughout the year.
Not every game was exhilarating, but there was something for everyone. Markkanen churned out awesome performances, as did guys like Kessler, Jordan Clarkson, and Talen Horton-Tucker.
