2. Utah Jazz fans should be wary of the Miami Heat

The Miami Heat have been linked to most trade targets this off-season, as they are looking to move off of a few young players to find another established star, and no one fits that bill and this team better than Donovan Mitchell. The Heat had a great run in the 2022 NBA playoffs, but unfortunately, they just lacked the scoring to beat the Boston Celtics, and alongside Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo, Mitchell would absolutely thrive with this team.

In terms of draft picks, the Heat are severely lacking behind the No. 1 team on this list, but with young players like Tyler Herro, Nikola Jovic and Duncan Robinson, the Heat could likely put together an offer that appeals to the Utah Jazz. Unfortunately for the Heat, they’ll need to do more than just put together an appealing offer, as the Jazz seemingly don’t want to move away from No. 45 as the future of the franchise, so if they do want to make a trade for Spida, they’ll need to completely blow the Utah Jazz away with an offer.

The Heat have the players and some picks to offer Utah, it’s just a matter of how much they want to give, and how good they believe Donovan Mitchell makes them, but with all the rumours swirling around Miami, it would be a shock if they didn’t make a huge trade this off-season.
