Jordan Usher – Georgia Tech Wing

Another player that improved mightily over a five-year college career, Jordan Usher, standing at an impressive 6’7″ and 220 pounds could be one of Utah’s players to watch at Summer League, as he has the ability to stand out above anyone else with his scoring and impressive athleticism for his size. At the next level, Usher projects to be a slashing wing that can score inside the arc and defend either wing spot well, and if he can work on his three point shooting, we may be looking at a significant future NBA contributor.

In his final season at Georgia Tech, Usher averaged 19, 8 and 4, and if anyone on this Summer League roster has the raw and natural ability to step up to the next level, it’s this 23-year old with plenty of experience and potential. Usher was consistent with his improvement, and didn’t miss a game for Georgia Tech after transferring in 2019, and all of these things should have Utah incredibly excited about his future.
