Utah Jazz: Previewing Jazzmen at the Tokyo Olympics

Two-time All-Star center Rudy Gobert has qualified for the Olympics as the main piece on the French national team. While France has plenty of NBA talent, the squad struggled during the Las Vegas exhibition play in preparation for its trip to Tokyo.
Gobert had 12 points and four rebounds in an 87-79 loss to Spain. The reigning NBA Defensive Player of the Year then totaled 11 points in a six-point loss to Rui Hachimura and the Japan national team.
Les Bleus will be relying on Gobert heavily once Group A play begins as they open versus Team USA at 6:00 a.m. MT Sunday in the Super Arena.
