Jordan Clarkson

After joining the Utah Jazz from the Cleveland Cavaliers in a mid-season trade, Jordan Clarkson quickly became a fan favorite. The electric guard from Missouri gave a massive boost to a bench unit that desperately needed it.

The Jazz needed him to do one thing — score. He scores. A lot. So yeah, it was a match made in heaven and a match that the Jazz hope lasts beyond this season.

Clarkson will be an unrestricted free agent, giving him the chance to sign anywhere. The Jazz own his bird rights, and can offer him the most money, so it feels likely that he will re-sign, especially given his role and friendship with the other players.

In a Utah Jazz uniform, Clarkson averaged 15.6 points and 2.9 rebounds while shooting 37 percent from the three-point line in over 25 minutes. He put himself in the running for Sixth Man of the Year and enjoyed the best basketball of his career.

The Jazz may be considered favorites to re-sign him as of now, but that shouldn’t make fans feel too comfortable. Plenty of teams will be after him, and the possibility of playing in a bigger market could become a factor.

Regardless, of the players on this list, Clarkson is one I’m currently feeling good about. Fingers crossed!
