Kemba Walker

Like I said, injuries did come into play during the last time these two teams played. Kemba Walker was out with a knee injury for the Boston Celtics, but he’ll be in uniform tonight against the Utah Jazz.

The All-Star guard is averaging 21.7 points, 4.1 rebounds and 5.0 assists during his first season with the Celtics. He’s been a breath of fresh air in the locker room and has been a steady force on the court.

Walker has had some huge games against the Jazz in the past, including a 52 point game back in 2016. He may be undersized, but he does an excellent job of getting to the rim and finishing over length. His outside shooting is much improved and he’s one of the best in the league off the dribble.

More. The Utah Jazz are a team without an identity (for now). light

I mean, he’s an All-Star for a reason. He’s one of the best guards in the league. Mike Conley will have his hands full tonight.

He’s a tough cover and someone that will see a lot of shots tonight with Brown and Hayward out. We’ll see if Walker and Jayson Tatum can lead the way for this team offensively. If the Jazz can hold him below his season averages, then they would have done an excellent job.
