This is the Mike Conley we all know and love

Mike Conley has had his struggles during his first season with the Utah Jazz. He’s struggled to find his footing at times, but he’s also looked really good at times. Like the player they hoped they were getting from the Memphis Grizzlies. Last night was one of those performances.

His stats won’t jump out at you, but Conley played a great floor game for the Jazz. He ended up with 15 points, two rebounds and six assists while shooting 6-12 from the floor. He was solid defensively and was able to create with his ability to get into the paint.

When Conley is playing like this, he bumps the Jazz up another level. He’s past his prime, but he’s still a really crucial and productive player. We can only hope that he has more games like this up his sleeve.

With his experience, I think Conley can be expected to bring it for the playoffs. If the Jazz can get an improved Conley, and maintain everything that’s brought them where they are, they’re going to be a tough out.
