Utah Jazz: Three (over?)reactions from season-opening victory vs. OKC
Although it was just one game, the Utah Jazz showed some incredibly reassuring signs in their season-opening win over the Oklahoma City Thunder.
The new-look 2019-20 Utah Jazz have one game under their belts and their dreams of a perfect season are still alive and well. Along that facetious vein, we’re going to dive into their first contest and possibly overreact as we break down three aspects of the contest that were highly reassuring for what could lie ahead this season.
While it’s far too early to get too excited or anxious about anything, there were still some extremely positive signs from Utah’s 100-95 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder. Sure, Mike Conley had a terrible game and the Jazz didn’t shoot well from three, but those are items that ought to correct themselves much sooner than later.
And though we could delve into the negative, where’s the fun or homerism in that? For the time being, let’s instead jump into the positive.
