Wilson Chandler

Let’s just put this on Front Street — Wilson Chandler‘s best days are long behind him.

For years, he was one of the Association’s ultimate pros, jacks of all trades and analytical darlings. Now — not so much: after beginning the year as a starter in Philly, he finished the 2018-19 campaign playing 15 minutes a night for the Clippers and posting an effective field goal percentage under 45.

After pulling down a cool $12 million and balling with two playoff teams last season, he enters unrestricted free agency this summer just looking for a job, and Salt Lake City could be a nice landing spot.

He remains a super-skilled offensive player with positional versatility as a 3/4. Per Basketball Reference’s positional estimates, he’s played everywhere from shooting guard to center over the course of his career. And, much like Carroll, he’s got the experience you want as a potential title contender.
