Utah Jazz rumors: Pacers want Rubio, Hayward root of Celtics woes?
NBA rumors abound! Particularly regarding a couple of former Utah Jazz players – unrestricted free agent Ricky Rubio and Gordon Hayward of the Boston Celtics.
It’s the week of the NBA Draft and we’re in full swing of NBA summer which means that drama is upon us, trades are bound to happen, and endless speculation and rumors will provide constant excitement and anticipation for the next several weeks. With plans to improve their roster dramatically if possible, the Utah Jazz will be no exception to that as they plan to get in on the action as well.
In fact, they’ve already been right in the mix of things as news regarding their interest in Mike Conley has been grabbing major headlines. They’ve also purportedly shown interest in D’Angelo Russell, Tobias Harris and a number of other potentially exhilarating free agent targets.
Not only that, but whenever a new name or situation arises around the NBA, it’s fun to imagine just how that could impact the Jazz depending on what else happens around them. As more and more reports emerge of players being made available in trades or other free agent news, the dreams and ideas of what Utah could do will only continue to grow.
And in fact, Tuesday gave us a whole new round of intriguing rumors to keep an eye on relating to the Utah Jazz. This included more Mike Conley news and even a report that the Jazz could be looking at restricted free agent Bobby Portis – my J-Notes colleague Ryan Aston reported on these earlier today as well.
