4/3 Utah at Phoenix

8:00 pm MT – AT&T SportsNet/League Pass

Opponent record: 17-60

Season series: Jazz lead 3-0

Tired of the Phoenix Suns yet? If so, too bad, because the Jazz will face them yet again (and thankfully for the last time this season) on Wednesday, marking the third time we’ve seen them in the last three weeks. This time the Jazz will head to Phoenix where the potential ‘Jimmermania’ love for Jimmer Fredette will feel a little more in place on the Suns’ home court.

It’s been tough sledding for the Suns of late as they’ve now lost six straight contests and recently earned one more loss than Devin Booker had points (59) against the Jazz in the last contest. Yes, Booker is getting his buckets – he had 48 in the last game against Memphis and 50 the contest before – but his team continues to pile up losses as they just reached the 60-mark.

It’s also been tough going for the aforementioned Fredette who hasn’t seen the floor since his 1-of-10 outing against the Jazz last week. The Suns are currently in such a state of disarray that it’s hard to see anyone being their saving grace in these last few games of the season where more wins only run the risk of less ping pong balls come lottery time.

The Jazz walloped the Suns the last time around as they have in each meeting this season, and despite this bout taking place in Phoenix, I’m expecting a very similar result.

My Prediction: Jazz Win

Final Score: Utah 121, Phoenix 98
