The J-Notes crew weighs in on who their ideal Utah Jazz trade target is with the trade deadline approaching this week.

The week of the NBA trade deadline is officially upon us and as such, you can practically feel the anticipation in the air. Several sources have indicated that the Utah Jazz are in serious trade conversations with other teams and the general feel is that Dennis Lindsey and Co. plan to be aggressive in their goal of improving this Jazz team in any way manageable.

The Jazz have pulled off some significant trades in recent seasons, from the one that brought in George Hill prior to the 2016-17 season, to more recent transactions to acquire Jae Crowder and Kyle Korver, Lindsey hasn’t been afraid to make moves where he sees fit. And I believe we’ll see that trend continue this week.

As good as the Jazz have been for stretches and as much potential as they have, there’s no questioning that the team can still be better and is lacking some more fitting pieces than what they have to reach their absolute ceiling. As such, it’s very possible that the team is going to look to make some changes for the better at the deadline.

With such being the case, I’ve gone ahead and picked the brains of our crew here at The J-Notes to get each of their top, ideal trade target for the Jazz. The only stipulation to this was that it be somewhat realistic and a player that’s feasible obtainable and that’s been covered quite well. In fact, I think you’ll find a quite common theme among the players most coveted by my fellow J-Noters.

Without further ado, let’s see what The J-Notes gang has to say about their top trade option for the Utah Jazz.
