The Utah Jazz have started the preseason 3-0, but what have we actually learned about this team and how they’ll perform this upcoming season?

The preseason is a fun time for all NBA fans. It gives us our first real look at our favorite teams and the new players that they have acquired over the offseason. We can finally start to dissect the decisions that were made and if they are going to pan out for the better of the team.

Will Carmelo Anthony fit with the high octane offense of the Houston Rockets? Do the Golden State Warriors look like they have any cracks? Which rookies look like they are going to make an immediate splash? And finally, how long is it going to take for it to be normal for LeBron James to dawn the purple and gold?

For the Utah Jazz we had questions of our own. Was the play over the second half of last year sustainable throughout the course of this new season? Can Ricky Rubio continue to bust out his 15-6-5 averages from post January 23rd? What does Donovan Mitchell have in store for us? What type of role will Grayson Allen have? Maybe the most important, can they stay healthy?

After three preseason games, what knowledge can we truly gain about the upcoming season? I mean…the New York Knicks are also 3-0. Soooo the teams’ record probably doesn’t mean much. Yogi Ferrell is currently leading the NBA in points per game. So raw averages may not be the most important thing to look at either.

With that in mind, there are three main things that I think Jazz fans can expect to continue into the regular season.
