10/5 Utah vs. Adelaide 36ers

7:00 pm MT – League Pass

After taking on the Raptors, the Jazz will go back to a less-competitive contest by hosting another NBL squad in the Adelaide 36ers. Like Perth, the 36ers have some standout talent, including Nathan Sobey, a former Jazz Summer League participant.

This game should be another meaningful one in that it will provide the Jazz with a chance to iron out some wrinkles and get accustomed to 5-on-5 action, but at the end of the day, when all is said and done they ought to be able to utilize their overwhelming talent to come out on top.

By Game 3 of preseason, and especially against a lackluster foe, it’s entirely possible that we’ll see less of the Jazz starters in this contest and much more of the younger guys and those aspiring to prove themselves that likely won’t be on the final roster. Even so, there will be enough life and skill in these guys that they should be able to take it to Adelaide.

My Prediction: Jazz Win

Final Score: Utah 117, Adelaide 88
