Joe Ingles will lead the league in 3-point percentage

If there was one criticism about Joe Ingles‘ game last year, it was that at times he was a little too gun shy. Sure, he was second on the team in 3-point attempts at 5.7 per contest, but with how accurate he is, he really could justify being closer to the 7.0 or 8.0 per game mark.

If Joe begins firing at that rate and continues his deadly shooting prowess, I predict that he will lead the league in 3-point shooting this upcoming season. He came close to doing so last year at a mind-blowing 44 percent and has been one of the best shooters in the Association when looking at his average over the past three seasons.

But I think that 2018-19 will be the year that he does even more. Considering what Joe has shown us in recent seasons, it’s absolutely plausible that he’ll end the season atop the league’s 3-point percentage leader board.
