Ekpe Udoh will make major strides on offense

Now that we’re through Utah’s main rotational guys, the boldness of the predictions will likely get a little less dramatic as will the likelihood of them happening. But beginning with Ekpe Udoh, my bold prediction is that he’ll take enough of an offensive leap that he’ll be able to play a meaningful role for the Jazz.

Defense wasn’t a problem for Udoh and was what allowed him to find playing time so that the Jazz could have a constant rim protector in action at all times. However, he also was unable to find consistent minutes because he wasn’t capable enough on the opposite end of the floor.

It will take big improvements for Udoh to get to that point, but if Utah’s development program works its magic once again, then it’s entirely possible.
