Rudy Gobert

Rudy Gobert finds himself in the same boat as Donovan Mitchell. Although his Western Conference Semifinals performance wasn’t exactly ideal, he was also playing without his starting point guard and his teammates put him in some unfavorable situations.

Not only that, but judging Gobert off one series (one in which he was far more impactful than many people realize) is far from wise. Gobert’s defensive impact was one of the primary reasons for Utah’s late season run and playoff push. He’s under contract for the next three years and the Jazz aren’t looking to move him anywhere. Rudy is the anchor of the defense and he’s here to stay.
