Donovan low-key shines during Rising Stars

The Rising Stars Challenge was pretty disappointing overall this season. Much like has traditionally been the case with All-Star events, there was seemingly little effort and less defense throughout an ugly basketball game.

And while Donovan wasn’t overly aggressive and mainly settled for jump shots to finish 3-of-10 from the field and 1-of-6 from deep for seven points, he still had arguably the best dunk of the night during the game:

He also finished with a solid stat line that included seven assists, five steals and two blocks. He was one of the few out there actually trying to execute on defense and was more interested in setting up his teammates, which he did in incredible fashion such as with this dime to John Collins:
