Thabo Sefolosha

Before suffering a season-ending injury, Sefolosha was having something of a comeback season. Through 38 games played, he averaged 8.2 points per game (the second highest mark of his career) and knocked down better than 38 percent of his 3-point shots.

He also continued to play high-level defense (the Jazz allowed just 102 points per 100 possessions when he was on the floor) and acted as the team’s guiding force and locker room leader while Rudy Gobert was out of commission.

The Jazz probably weren’t looking to deal him. Still, he had put himself back on the radar of contenders looking for help off the bench.

In any case, Sefolosha’s injury probably takes him out of trade consideration. Unless the Jazz need to use his contract to match salaries or a trade partner is desperately seeking cap relief — his $5.5 million for next season doesn’t become guaranteed until July 1 — he’s probably not going anywhere.

Trade odds: Low
