ROYCE O'NEALE. B. . SF. Utah Jazz

Overall GPA: 2.52 (B-minus)

I started off the year extremely skeptical of Royce O’Neale giving him a “C” and two “C-pluses.” O’Neale’s recent play, however, has earned him two-straight “Bs”.

While O’Neale’s role has been largely inconsistent, his minutes per game have increased every month of his career. The undrafted rookie out of Baylor has seemed to prove he belongs in Quin Snyder’s rotation.

There can only be one explanation for this… Royce O’Neale can ball.

The fact that Utah has two rookies that are both increasing their role on the team as the season progresses is extremely promising for this team’s future.

The jury might still be out on what O’Neale’s ceiling is in the NBA. One thing is sure, though — he belongs.
