Wesley Johnson, LA Clippers

If only the Jazz could’ve snagged Lou Williams last year when he was being shopped by the cross-town Los Angeles Lakers. Ultimately, they tried and failed. Now, he’s on an expiring deal and the CBA limits your ability to extend him. So even though the Clippers have him on the market once again, there’s not really a play there.

Meanwhile, with Blake suddenly on the outs, the other big name with the Clippers in trade chatter is DeAndre Jordan. But that’s a non-starter for the Jazz, unless you’re talking about getting in on some three-way trade that sends him elsewhere.

With all that being the case, let’s go with Wesley Johnson.

Johnson doesn’t add much for the Jazz outside of an extra $6.1 million in salary when he opts in for next season (ew…), but maybe you can get a future first-round pick for saving the Clips some paper on their luxury tax bill?
