Rudy Gobert, who has missed the last 14 games for the Utah Jazz due to a knee injury, is being listed as probable for tomorrow’s game against New York. However, they could be without Jonas Jerebko, who is listed as questionable.

The Utah Jazz have had tough luck with injuries over the past few seasons and 2017-18 has been no different. Injuries have limited Rudy Gobert all season, but reports indicate that he is healthy again, and is probable to play tomorrow against the New York Knicks. Meanwhile, Jonas Jerebko is questionable to play due to back spasms.

Gobert has missed 14 straight games after suffering a sprained PCL and bone bruise in his left knee when Derrick Favors fell into him in Boston. It’s the second knee injury he’s had this season, and he will likely be eased back into the lineup once he returns.

When Gobert came back from his first knee injury, he played through a minutes restriction. The Jazz will want to be careful with their star center this time around as well.

Jerebko started at power forward Wednesday night in Sacramento, and could be seen on the bench with a back brace on.

The return of Gobert will likely shift Derrick Favors back to the power forward position. He could play some backup center, but Ekpe Udoh has been very good as of late, and they may want to keep him in the rotation behind Rudy.

It will be interesting to see what kind of rotation Quin Snyder decides to roll with.

If Jerebko can’t give it a go tomorrow night, the Jazz will need some extra shooting from a guy like Joe Johnson. Johnson has been up-and-down this year, but can always be counted on for some baskets.

Hopefully Gobert will indeed be back and get to play against his former teammates Enes Kanter and Trey Burke, who was just signed from the G-League by the Knicks.
