Utah Jazz power ranking round-up: Are the Jazz the best of the worst or worst of the best?

In what seems to be a growing and refreshing trend, NBA.com seems to have the best understanding of the Jazz. Heck, they may have even watched a Jazz game or two this season.

While that is more than can be said for many of the league’s “experts” listed above, NBA.com makes the heinous mistake of ranking the Mavericks one slot ahead of the Jazz.

I don’t discredit the fact that Dallas has played well against some good teams as of late, however, they are NOT better than the Utah Jazz. In a hypothetical seven-game series between the Jazz and Mavericks, I would take Utah in five, even without Gobert.
