8) Portland Trail Blazers

Despite the presence of Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum, the Portland Trail Blazers offense continues to be endlessly disappointing. Their 102.4 points per 100 possessions ranks just 25th in the Association.

Some of that can be attributed to a lack of inside scoring and points in transition, but ball movement and shooting overall are also problems. The Blazers are one of just six teams with an effective field goal percentage under 50 percent are currently last in assist percentage and assist-to-turnover ratio.

On the flip side, they’re winners of back to back games and they continue to boast one of the game’s most improved defenses.
