The Utah Jazz will look to earn their fifth straight victory as they host the New Orleans Pelicans tonight on the second game of a back-to-back.

Tonight is bound to be an exciting night for the Utah Jazz. First of all, they’ll be putting a four-game winning streak on the line with a great chance to extend it and gain some ground in preparation for a rough upcoming month. Not only that, but it also happens to be Star Wars Night. Hopefully the Force will be with the Jazz as they embark on this contest as their opponent, the New Orleans Pelicans, have played quite well of late.

They’ve won three of their last five and currently find themselves one spot ahead of Utah in the Western Conference Standings with a record of 11-10. With Utah’s record of 11-11, if the Jazz can come out on top tonight, they’ll leapfrog the Pelicans for that seventh spot in the West.

But that isn’t bound to be an easy task. New Orleans boasts a pair of daunting big men in DeMarcus Cousins and Anthony Davis and the experimental duo is starting to work quite well together as both are leading the team in scoring and have developed a solid ability to stretch the floor considerably.

Therefore, it will be vital that the Jazz be on their game and excel in these three key areas if they hope to arise victorious and earn their fifth straight win.
