The Utah Jazz were easily defeated the last time they faced off against the Philadelphia 76ers, but they’ll look to reverse that outcome in tonight’s showdown.

After three disappointing games in a row last week, the Utah Jazz bounced back in a surprisingly unexpected way by toppling the Orlando Magic on Saturday by a whopping 40 points. For the first time in what feels like forever, the Jazz had their stifling defense in force and their offense was firing on all cylinders as they ran away with an easy win.

It was a nice change of pace after watching them struggle to find any sort of rhythm on either end of the floor prior to that and hopefully it will end up being a sign of things to come, not just an outlier.

They’ll be in for yet another challenge right off the bat as they will conclude their road trip tonight against the Philadelphia 76ers, a team they faced at home just under two weeks ago and that handily defeated them. Utah looked absolutely sluggish in the contest and couldn’t find a way to get past the Joel Embiid-less Sixers.

Therefore, they have a lot they’ll need to change if they hope to get revenge this time around, especially considering that in this contest, Utah will be without Rudy Gobert and Embiid will be back in action for Philly. The Jazz seemed to build some significant momentum with their win on Saturday and they’ll need to keep that rolling by excelling in the following key areas if they hope to string together their first consecutive game winning streak since November 1st.
