Despite playing in the second night of a back-to-back, the Utah Jazz should be able to log a rather easy victory over the hapless Phoenix Suns.

Although the Utah Jazz suffered a discouragingly ugly loss at the hands of the Los Angeles Clippers on Tuesday night, they’ll have little time feel sorry for themselves as they’ll be instantly back in action tonight as they visit the Phoenix Suns on the second night of a back-to-back. Unlike the Clippers who have looked solid in the season’s early going, the Suns have looked absolutely dismal as they fired their head coach Earl Watson three games in and hold a record of just 1-3.

However, their lone win of the season did just so happen to come in the first game after Watson’s firing as the Suns were able to top the Sacramento Kings by a score of 117-115. As odd as it may seem, sometimes following a coach firing, a team can find a bit of a new energy, so the Jazz will have to hope that such won’t continue to be the case for Phoenix.

In all reality, despite Utah’s disappointing showing against the Clippers, Phoenix’s recent victory or the fact that the Jazz are playing in the second night of a back-to-back, they ought to easily be able to come away with a win over a dismal Suns team. Nevertheless, they’ll still need to show up with much more energy than they did for much of last night’s loss to the Clippers and focus on these three keys if they hope to come away with a successful night.
