The Utah Jazz will look to log a second preseason victory as they take on another international squad on Wednesday.

The Utah Jazz got preseason started off right with a comfortable 108-83 victory over the Australian NBL’s Sydney Kings on Monday. They’ll have little time to revel in the win, however, as they’ll take the court once again on Wednesday as they host the Israeli League’s Maccabi Haifa.

Much like what was the case against the Kings, the Jazz are a far superior team to Haifa. Although there’s undoubtedly a handful of talented guys in Maccabi’s ranks, the simple fact is that it would take nothing short of a miracle for them to knock off the Utah Jazz. Nevertheless, it’s still great practice for Utah to get accustomed to playing competitive ball and they’ll need to continue to assert themselves and build a chemistry in the second bout of preseason play.

While the Jazz should be able to dominate Maccabi Haifa in pretty much every way, there are a few things that Utah showed in their first game against Sydney that can definitely be shored up. Thus, looking to make important strides in the following key areas will be the major focus for game two of the preseason.
