14) Los Angeles Lakers

As they stand currently, the LA Lakers mirror the Suns with a roster brimming with potential. Former University of Utah forward Kyle Kuzma may rival Jazz rook Donovan Mitchell for steal of the draft while No. 2 overall pick Lonzo Ball could be the next Lakers superstar.
Things could get really interesting next summer if/when the Lake Show can corral Paul George, Russell Westbrook and/or LeBron James. Over the weekend, longtime NBA reporter Peter Vescey went so far as to claim that LBJ to LA will “unequivocally” go down in 2018.
Until those things come to pass, though, Luke Walton’s current Lakers squad will continue to endure growing pains near the bottom of the conference table.
