Patrick Patterson
If the Jazz are looking for a stretch four and miss out on some of the bigger names who will be out there, Patrick Patterson is a player they could look to. He’s been solid in the role of the playmaking big for five years with three different teams. Most recently the Toronto Raptors.
Over the course of his career, Patterson has made around 37 percent of his attempts from downtown, while averaging eight points and just under five rebounds per game.
He’s been an important piece for Toronto since the team acquired him back in 2013. However, he struggled mightily in this year’s playoffs, making less than 28 percent of his field goal attempts and scoring just 3.4 points per game.
Nevertheless, he’s a high character guy and a good teammate who will give you effort defensively while spacing the floor. The Jazz could probably get him without breaking the bank.
