His Louisville bio cracks a joke at LeBron James

There’s no denying that some guys in the NBA have simply built a reputation of being floppers. For Utah Jazz fans, some of the first to come to mind are probably Chris Paul or James Harden, but another great player that’s certainly on that list for many NBA faithful is none other than LeBron James himself.

Despite James’ unquestionable dominance, there’s certainly a widely held view that he has an uncanny ability to sell contact at times. If you’re in need of a reminder of what I’m talking about, feel free to check out the compilation video below:

Anyhow, it would appear that Donovan Mitchell shares a similar opinion on the matter, given that if you look at his bio on the Louisville Athletics website, you’ll find a fun little tidbit. Under his list of favorites, for his favorite actor he lists none other than LeBron James.

It should be noted that Mitchell also has LeBron listed as his favorite basketball player and the person he would most like to meet, so while listing him as his favorite actor is certainly a hilarious jab at James’ tendency to “sell it”, it perhaps could be presumed as simply part of Mitchell’s respect for him.

Either way, it’s fun to know that even though Mitchell is clearly a big fan of LeBron, he’s still clearly aware of his shenanigans and isn’t afraid to poke a little fun at the King.
