Terrance Ferguson – SG

Height: 6’7″, Wingspan: 6′ 8 3/4″, Weight: 186

Rather than go the traditional college route, Terrance Ferguson opted to play professional basketball overseas following High School as a member of the Adelaide 36ers in Australian’s National Basketball League. He had inconsistent playing time there and as a result inconsistent numbers, but the Oklahoma native has plenty of upside.

His uncommon basketball background has unsurprisingly resulted in his draft projections landing him all over the place, with some placing him in the teens while others have him falling in the late 20s. Either way, he’s likely to be a first-round draft pick and could very well be available when the Utah Jazz pick at number 24.

His Australian connection could help him to fit in nicely with the likes of Dante Exum and Joe Ingles, but that aside, he could fill a need position-wise with the Utah Jazz potentially needing to bolster the shooting guard position if Rodney Hood and Alec Burks both fail to pan out.

He could use some improvement on his shooting (he went 38.1 percent from the field and 31.3 percent from deep with the 36ers last year) but the athleticism and potential are certainly there.
