Anzejs Pasecniks was a teammate of New York Knicks big man Kristaps Porzingis on the Latvian Under-18 national team. Pasecniks may not have the star power or intrigue that Porzingis had in 2015 when he was picked, but he does have a similar floor game.

He’s big, he works well in the screen-roll game and is reportedly developing a shot that will help him stretch the floor. Strength is something he’ll need more of if he’s going to have success in the post and on the glass at the NBA level.
