The Utah Jazz face a crucial off-season this summer and three priorities loom large if they hope to continue on their current upwards trajectory in the Western Conference.

Utah Jazz fans patiently waited five years for their team to get back to the playoffs and seven years to get back to the second round. After a successful 51-win season, the Jazz are now facing a make or break off-season that will determine if they face another rebuild, or ensure deep playoff runs for years to come.

Being swept by the Golden State Warriors in the second round of the playoffs is not the ultimate end game this Jazz team is looking for. They have championship aspirations. Golden State is proving this NBA Finals that defeating them is going to be a tall order. However, there are steps the Jazz can take this off-season to push them higher in the Western Conference Standings, and give them a better chance to challenge the Warriors.

Here’s a look at what ought to be their top three priorities this summer.
